Our Hotel offers a delicious fusion between regional and international food always served with our quality touch, quantity and seasoning. Our chefs have the experience of more than 30 years, so they will guide you in a journey through the most innovative and unique tastes.


We offer the best of our land. We make a wide range of classic dishes both from Zamora and international. Our specialities are: - Arroz a la Zamorana: This is a traditional meal in Zamora. It contains pork meat (especially the cartilaginous parts like pork’s ear and hands) and rice. It has a characteristic colour due to the use of paprika. - Cordero Asado (roast lamb) - Mollejas de Lechal (sweetbread): There is a gland that takes part in the growth of several animals. This gland stops growing once the animals achieve the adult stage - Pulpo a la Gallega (Octopus): it is a particular way to make the octopus typical of Galicia. - Carnes alistanas: High quality beef meat from Aliste.
